Each time I come to the blank page, it is to listen. Sometimes with a question, sometimes only to hear what wants to be heard — and in that back-and-forth of listening and responding, the work is made and I meet myself. That dialogue is what I teach.
My workshops live at Art is Magic, the online school I founded in 2017, where they’re yours to keep with lifetime access and a circle of kindred makers to share them with. I’ve been teaching art journaling online since around 2009 — these are the rooms I most love to hold.
